Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable
- Team player
- Ability to multi-task in priority and flexible in the area of cross training
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable environment
Nice To Haves
- JDE experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure transactions are ready for posting and address issues preventing posting
- Provide prompt follow-up on outstanding issues with purchases and shipments
- Provide support to other team members, including cross-training and other general office duties.
- Effectively communicate with internal management and external supplier as needed
- Works accurately and efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines
- All other duties, as assigned
