About The Position

The Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate will play a key role in assisting clients with their growth through acquisitions. This position involves conducting financial due diligence, preparing financial models and other deal-related materials, and interacting with clients and target companies to explain identified risks and opportunities. The role also includes standardizing models and processes, determining project scope, and promoting the firm through networking.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
Inquisitive and have an ability to work through complex accounting and operational topics impacting business.
Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service.
Able to see the big picture and have a keen ability to perform analytics and see opportunities in the details.
Able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and quality work.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Have begun to create, or are interested in creating a professional network related to transaction advisory, private equity, and/or investment bankers.

Responsibilities

Conduct company-specific financial due diligence as our clients are looking at growing through acquisitions.
Assist in preparation of financial models, due diligence and other materials used in presentations and as support for a deal.
Assist in standardizing models, processes and procedures.
Interact with clients and target companies explaining accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities identified in diligence.
Determine the scope of the next project.
Attend regional and local networking events to promote Eide Bailly.
