Transaction Advisory Services Manager

In your role as a Transaction Advisory Manager, you will lead transaction advisory engagements across buy-side and sell-side due diligence, supporting private equity firms, corporate clients, and entrepreneurs. You will help deliver high-quality financial due diligence that focuses on key value drivers, risks, and transaction considerations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 7+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services
- 3+ years of direct experience in financial due diligence
- CPA designation required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced transaction environments
Nice To Haves
- AI and data automation tools a plus
- Experience working with private equity clients preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Oversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements and project teams
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships
- Review databooks, analyses, and deliverables prepared by team members
- Identify key risks, trends, and value creation opportunities
- Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Develop engagement budgets, monitor billing, and manage realization
- Coach, mentor, and develop Associates and Senior Associates
- Support business development efforts and proposal development
