Our Transaction Advisory Services team works directly with business owners, private equity groups and strategic buyers to navigate the complexities of buying, selling and transitioning ownership of a business. We provide financial due diligence, quality of earnings analysis, valuation and other transaction-related services for small-to-middle-market businesses, helping clients make informed decisions throughout the transaction process. Our growing TAS practice offers challenging and rewarding opportunities to work alongside firm leaders and client executives, develop your expertise and build meaningful client relationships. The Manager will work collaboratively with practice leaders and team members to execute financial due diligence, business valuation analyses and other transaction-based consulting engagements. The Manager will play a key role in managing engagements, developing analyses and deliverables, and providing high-quality insights to support client decision-making. The Manager will report to and work closely alongside the practice leaders and will possess strong project management capabilities, technical knowledge and critical thinking skills, including the ability to interpret and analyze client financial information in the context of applicable accounting standards. This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced consulting environment while managing multiple engagements and mentoring team members. This position will be based out of our South Burlington, VT or Albany, NY office, with remote capabilities also considered.
