About The Position
As a Tram Driver you are responsible for responding to guest requests for tram service to and from the parking lot area in a prompt and courteous manner. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Achieved a high school diploma or completed a GED
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Interested in a guest service oriented position, having excellent communication skills, are able to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Possess a valid Michigan driver's license
Responsibilities
- Responding to guests request for tram service to and from parking lot area
- Operating vehicle in accordance with state laws and company policy
- Overseeing tram cleanliness and reporting mechanical issue to supervisor and or vehicle maintenance manager
- Offering guests daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property
- Providing superior customer service to our guests at all times
- Answering questions and providing directions
