About The Position

We are looking for an experienced SIGINT Analyst who understands the importance of threat analysis and performance in mission critical simulators and scenario development for the B-2 fleet. In this role, you will not only conduct intelligence analysis but also partner closely with software developers, military intelligence (all-source analysts and targeteers), and engineers to modernize and optimize our threat data within local software platforms. Your operational expertise will dictate software requirements, user interface improvements, and automated processing capabilities to accelerate the exploitation of adversarial signals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience as a SIGINT Analyst within the Department of War (DoW), military, or broader Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Deep understanding of the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS), signals analysis methodologies, and the intelligence lifecycle.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with standard SIGINT analysis toolsets, Software Defined Radio (SDR) platforms, and threat data visualization software.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate highly technical operational concepts to non-operational software developers and engineers.
  • The ability to hold a TS security clearance required.
  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with synthetic RF environments (JSE, Suppressor, AFSIM, etc.)
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment as a Product Owner or operational SME.
  • Basic scripting capabilities (e.g., Python, Bash) to assist in data formatting, automation, or software testing.
  • Proficiency with Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing SIGINT collection and threat data processing software to identify capability gaps and parametric data issues.
  • Continue to perform complex signals analysis to maintain operational currency and software effectiveness.
  • Provide SMEs on modulation schemes, signal propagation, and adversary communication protocols to inform the development of automated detection and classification algorithms.
  • Develop operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for newly implemented software features, and train alternate analysts on optimized toolsets.
  • Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures.
  • Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form.
  • Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know.
  • Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval.
  • All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
  • Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive and competitive benefits package and flexibility that promotes work-life balance
  • A work environment where all employees are valued, respected and safe
  • Freedom to succeed by enabling team members to deliver, take initiatives and make decisions
  • Recognition, professional development, advancement and having fun!
