This role involves assisting with the implementation of instructors' daily student assignments, training schedules, and curriculum to maintain ratios, balance training, and maximize equipment use. The supervisor will also handle documentation and student attendance records in the absence of the Regional Training Manager, ensure accurate data entries in company databases, and maintain equipment files. Approximately 70% of the role's duties are performed on the training pad/road, with 30% dedicated to administrative tasks.
