About The Position

The Training Supervisor supports the onboarding and training and development process of new hires by learning multiple jobs in the distribution center to perform multiple functions, ensuring SOPs are rolled out and training is completed according to plan. This role involves developing and maintaining documentation training records, facilitating new hire roundtables, train-the-trainer sessions, and informational meetings. The supervisor also supports leaders in sustaining a positive work culture, coordinates training needs assessments, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience OR High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain documentation training records to track training compliance.
Facilitate new hire roundtables, train-the-trainer sessions, and informational meetings to prepare and educate team members on new processes.
Support leaders in sustaining a positive work culture by actively contributing to and influencing other team members to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Coordinate the design and distribution of surveys, interviews, and questionnaires for conducting training needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.
Other duties as assigned.
