About The Position

Sigma Defense is seeking a Training Specialist to join our team in Duluth, GA. This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of training experience in the DoW environment.
• Experience training on vehicles/tactical platforms is ideal.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Work with other training personnel and technical SMEs to prepare and modify training materials and to develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training materials.
• Train personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and on-site.
• Develop computer based training materials and courses.
