Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social services or related field with 1 year of experience in clinic setting; or associate's degree in social services or related field with 3 years of experience in clinic setting; or high school diploma with 5 years of experience in clinic setting.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of staff and organizational development training.
Skills in presentation delivery.
Demonstrates cultural diverse competency.
Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
Knowledge of financial allocations.

Responsibilities

Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate, and document training activities in the company under the direction of the training coordinator.
Implement new training programs.
Adjust current training programs in close cooperation with collaborating departments.
Ensure training compliance with state and fund source rules and regulations for all clinical programs.
Provide effective coaching and development of other trainers using different training modalities.
Plan and coordinate training logistics.
