Stiltz Inc.Bethlehem, PA
Onsite

About The Position

As the Training Specialist for the US, you'll give every new Stiltz employee the strongest possible start. At the core of the role, you'll equip Inside Sales Representatives to succeed in an outbound sales environment — confident in calling strategy, systems, and the behaviors that turn leads into booked appointments. Beyond sales, you'll own orientation across Stiltz, building consistent training that embeds product knowledge, system proficiency, and cross-team collaboration from day one. Ultimately, you'll protect and strengthen the way Stiltz works: consistent standards, a strong culture, and an exceptional experience for every employee and customer.

Requirements

  • Background in outbound sales, call center, or appointment-setting environments, with a solid grasp of sales funnels and the metrics that drive conversion.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach individuals to performance and activity expectations.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and call script development.
  • Confident facilitator and presenter, comfortable leading classroom, virtual, and hands-on training.
  • Strong communication, coaching, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience across outbound sales, call center coaching, or frontline customer service.
  • Track record of designing and delivering training programs for new hires.
  • Evidence of building and maintaining training manuals, call scripts, SOPs, and e-learning content using authoring tools.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured onboarding including calling strategy, script mastery, and CRM workflows so that every new ISR reaches full productivity confidently and quickly, equipped to control calls, handle objections, and convert leads into booked appointments.
  • Provide a daily coaching cadence through the nesting period — including 1:1s, call reviews, and documented feedback — so that new hires consistently meet daily and weekly targets and transition successfully into the sales team.
  • Coach to core ISR metrics and maintain ongoing script adherence reviews, so that call quality and conversion performance continuously improve across the department. Deliver regular workshops and recurring reporting on cancelled/incomplete appointments to surface and close performance gaps.
  • Own Stiltz orientation for all new US Stiltz employees, so that every new starter — regardless of department — begins with consistent product knowledge, universal Stiltz system proficiency, and a strong grounding in how Stiltz works.
  • Create and maintain high-quality training materials — manuals, scripts, e-learning modules, and facilitator guides — hosted and tracked, so that training is consistent, current, measurable, and scalable.
  • Partner with departments across the business to design and coordinate training and onboarding that reflects the needs of each function, so that development is consistent in standard but tailored in relevance across every department and location.
  • Use employee feedback, performance data, and post-training evaluations to refine curriculum and delivery, while embedding Stiltz culture, values, and brand into every training initiative — so that learning stays effectivee, relevant, and reinforces a high-performance culture.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by your manager.
