About The Position

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Training Specialist for its 4-nanometer fab in Phoenix, Arizona. The role supports the Training Promotion Team, which designs, develops, and deploys employee learning content and materials ranging from New Employee Orientation to executive learning and development. The specialist develops and facilitates training, coordinates logistics, supports employees and managers, manages learning resources, administers SAP learning management systems, and analyzes training data and results to recommend improvements. The position is onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, with 0% travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Current working knowledge of corporate training systems and methodologies, including how to provide data to support implementations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and with training systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong data analysis and analytical thinking skills, with attention to detail.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with training systems or tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and facilitate high-impact training courses and programs.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and equipment setup.
• Provide support and guidance to employees, managers, and trainers on training-related matters.
• Manage training resources to meet internal learning and business requirements.
• Administer the SAP learning management system, including user education, data integration, and related projects.
• Analyze program data, training results, and performance using Excel formulas, data tables, pivot tables, and other methodologies.
• Facilitate training programs for TSMC Arizona Fab 21 and plan and coordinate system optimization for the organization.
• Generate training-related reports and in-depth analyses, and recommend improvements.
• Create Excel data models for presentations to leadership and management.
