About The Position

CINC (part of the WITCO organization) is the #1 Real Estate CRM and website provider in North America for elite real estate agents. CINC was founded in 2011 and we are based in Marietta, GA. Our robust solution is a complete CRM platform that allows real estate professionals to seamlessly manage & nurture their clients and grow their business. We are seeking a Training Specialist who will own the training process for new and existing CINC clients. Training Specialists are directly responsible for driving client adoption of CINC's CRM features, best practices, and accountability. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy and have the ability to build strong relationships virtually while providing exceptional service for each client.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business-related experience (Training or Implementation).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience training clients using SaaS products on the internet is ideal
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and train clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to meet client service level expectations.
  • A self-starter who can take personal responsibility for daily calendar management.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of the web, HTML, browsers, cross-browser compatibility, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience training clients using SaaS products on the internet is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Execute client training sessions via remote solutions via Zoom, Go-To- Webinar, etc.
  • Record quick tip videos and update library articles in the CINC help center
  • Conduct "Essential Training Series" call sequence for new clients to help ensure adoption and knowledge of key CINC platform features.
  • Conduct client webinar sessions on key training topics as needed.
  • Keep informed of platform updates and enhancements as new products and features are rolled out to clients.
  • Document all activities and relevant call notes in Salesforce.
  • Conduct on average 5 training call sessions with clients per day.
  • Monitor platform adoption, usage, and milestones of clients during Implementation.
