This position is primarily responsible for facilitating professional and technical skills training for FNB employees utilizing various learning mediums and methods. Possibly facilitate more advanced soft skill courses, such as professional development and leadership. Supports Learning Programs on initiatives and projects. Partners with lines of business to provide feedback and coaching. The incumbent is able to work in a rapid pace of organizational and technological change. The incumbent provides the highest quality of customer service to internal and external partners.
