About The Position

Entarian is seeking a Training Specialist to support the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific Space and Intelligence Systems (SIS) Division in enhancing Maritime Domain Awareness. This role involves executing training courses both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS), designing and delivering training plans, and localizing course materials into foreign languages. The specialist will also be responsible for developing After Action Reports, managing training logistics, and designing, developing, and maintaining training curricula for SeaVision and other specified Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA) tools. This includes creating various training materials such as presentations, video modules, instructor guides, and user manuals, as well as evaluating pilot curriculum events and providing quarterly updates. The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance which requires US Citizenship
  • Master’s level degree in Education, Psychology, or related Training Systems discipline
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in curriculum development
  • 1 year of hands-on experience with SeaVision, either in an operational or training environment
  • Minimum 50% travel throughout the year

Responsibilities

  • Execute CONUS and OCONUS training courses in accordance with the established curriculum
  • Design, implement, and deliver training plans and educational courses directly to host nation personnel
  • Localize course materials into required foreign languages
  • Develop and deliver an After Action Report (AAR) following the conclusion of training events, site surveys, or technical engagements
  • Execute the logistics, transportation, and setup of necessary equipment to facilitate training and systems engineering deployments
  • Develop, administer, and maintain data collection management plans
  • Design, develop, and maintain training curricula and associated support products for SeaVision and other specified MDA tools
  • Conduct on-site technical requirement assessments during OCONUS training events
  • Facilitate and execute curriculum coordination and development meetings with NIWC Pacific
  • Design a curriculum plan aligned to technical requirements that establishes a four-course training continuum (Operator, Analyst, Executive, Train the Trainer)
  • Develop, optimize, and deliver comprehensive curriculum materials (CDRL A003), including: Presentations (PowerPoint/Web-enabled), Video modules and Podcasts, Instructor Guides and Student Handouts, System User Manuals and Quick Reference Guides, Job Sheets and Electronic Interactive Courseware
  • Evaluate pilot curriculum events and deliver technical feedback reports
  • Deliver comprehensive curriculum updates on a quarterly basis
  • Procure materials required for the development and execution of training deliverables
