About The Position
Sigma Defense is seeking a Training Specialist to join our team in Duluth, GA. This is a contingent position pending the award of a contract. The candidate selected will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to the organization. Requirements
- 7+ years of training experience in the DoW environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Nice To Haves
- Experience training on vehicles/tactical platforms is ideal.
- Senior position as a military trainer, at grade E7 or higher, may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Responsibilities
- Work with other training personnel and technical SMEs to prepare and modify training materials and to develop and revise training courses and prepare appropriate training materials.
- Train personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and on-site.
- Develop computer based training materials and courses.
