About The Position
Kids Academy is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, organize, and deliver training programs. This role involves developing curriculum, facilitating sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for adult learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of training evaluation methods.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize training programs and workshops.
- Develop curriculum and learning materials for various courses.
- Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to participants during training.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Maintain training records and participant feedback.
