Training Specialist
About The Position
The Training Specialist will be responsible for training adult learners in operational, industrial, or manufacturing settings. This role requires strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain patient and respectful under pressure. The specialist must be comfortable working onsite in active manufacturing facilities and navigating plant access requirements. Extensive travel, typically up to 90%, including overnight stays, is expected, particularly in the Kokomo, Indiana region. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Teams) and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential.
