About The Position

We are a global company, and our products—including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles and accessories—can be found all over the world. The Training Specialist is responsible for design, coordination, delivery of training and maintenance of training programs, and ensuring that training meets organizational and departmental needs through effective measurement.

Requirements

  • Five plus years related training experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training, Human Resources or related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in creation of learning objectives using a variety of learning/design techniques

Responsibilities

  • Determine training needs
  • Collaborate with department and project managers to identify training needs for new products, applications, and equipment launches
  • Design training programs
  • Determine appropriate training solutions based on training needs assessments using traditional, blended, and modern approaches
  • Define learning objectives and methods to achieve them
  • Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business needs
  • Develop training materials including prerequisites, objectives, guides, job aids, and assessments
  • Follow organizational branding standards
  • Update materials to reflect continuous improvement and business changes
  • Communicate with departments to support training launches
  • Implement training programs
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Support cross training initiatives
  • Measure training effectiveness
  • Design methods and documentation to demonstrate and measure learning outcomes
