The Training Specialist II is responsible for designing, developing and delivering effective training workshops to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees within an organization. Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness of the training program to include quality assurance in accordance with (IAW) Army Accreditation Standards (AEAS). Conducts quality assessments and or reviews to ensure all courses are within Army Accreditation Standards while ensuring corrective actions are completed once deficiencies are found.
