We provide the products and services necessary for fund sponsors to focus on investing while we protect their business interests and minimize risks. As Transfer Agent, we act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing certain training to employees and managing the continuous improvement and non-conformance system for the department.
  • Responsible for managing other projects, as assigned.
  • Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature.
  • Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
  • Participates in training users and evaluating the project.
  • Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.
  • Responsible for providing fund-specific and job function training to employees.
  • Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects.
