About The Position

This position requires someone who can see both the big picture and the smallest details. The successful candidate will be exceptionally organized and able to manage a large number of moving pieces simultaneously. They should be highly detail-oriented and thorough, persistent with follow-up, and comfortable owning open items for extended periods. The role requires someone analytical, comfortable researching information and working through unfamiliar or ambiguous situations. They must be able to manage long-cycle projects where progress may depend on multiple stakeholders and changing requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an environment where every request may be different, flexible, and able to exercise sound judgment when a situation does not fit neatly into an established process. Proactive identification of contacts or information sources is key, as is the ability to prioritize competing requests and deadlines without losing track of details. The role requires comfort working independently while collaborating closely with a broader team, and strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in training operations, learning and development operations, program coordination, project coordination, technical training, customer training, or a similarly complex operational role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with: XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formulas and data manipulation, Combining information from multiple reports/data sources, Sorting, filtering, and reconciling data.
  • Experience working with an LMS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, requests, or workflows that involve multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.

  • Experience in a technical, engineering, semiconductor, manufacturing, or similarly complex environment.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing training programs.
  • Global or multi-site coordination experience.
