The Training & Onboarding Scheduler supports the coordination and execution of New Hire Orientation (NHO), onboarding activities, and requested training across both Operational Workforce teams and Corporate/Administrative personnel. This role serves as a central point of coordination between operations, subject matter experts (SMEs), safety trainers, and CEC University to ensure new hires receive timely, organized, and effective training experiences. This position is responsible for managing training calendars, coordinating logistics, and maintaining communication with new hires, hiring managers, and instructors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting workforce readiness and organizational alignment.
