About The Position

Under general direction, you will be conducting training presentations/orientations, which may include participants at the supervisory, managerial and/or executive levels, with the use of lecture, internet, on-line, video conference presentation, audio/visual material, demonstration of procedures & skills, written exercises & hands-on skills demonstrations. Identifies additional training needs and determine overall project training needs Designs written training material (reference manuals, e-learning storyboarding, evaluative feedback forms) Coordinates & prepares training Conducts training presentations/orientations Solicits feedback on training presentations & content from participants utilizing evaluations.

Requirements

  • 6 courses in human resources, education, sociology or psychology or 18 mos exp in preparing informational or instructional programs
  • 18 mos trg or 18 mos exp in public speaking or effective communications skills
  • 3 mos trg or 3 mos exp in operating audio-visual equipment
  • Proficiency and level of experience with one or more of the following platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.

  • Knowledge of claims management laws, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of claims management system (CoreSuite, Medical Invoice Information System, Portal and Cambridge)

  • Skill in effectively discussing a variety of job-related topics on short notice and to handle rapid changes in conversation involving difficult questions
  • Skill in preparing & delivering presentations before specialized audience & general public
