About The Position
Join the Mahaska Team as our Training Manager. We provide on-the-job training to help you gain the skills and experiences you will need to be a successful Training Manager! Our ideal candidate is a high-energy Training Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and mentorship to the table. You’ll have a firm grasp of each role’s expectations that you supervise (and the job descriptions to back it up), and be ready to lead by example. Supervising multiple roles, you'll ensure excellence across the board while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely maneuver a two-wheel cart weighing up to 200 lbs.
- Occasional handling of kegs up to 160 lbs.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Willing to work some weekends.
- Dependable and financially driven.
- Ability to work independently.
- Communicate effectively.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
- Must provide documentation of eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding and developing both new hires and current team members, ensuring everyone is aligned, capable, and confident in their roles.
- Stepping in to support the team by filling in for vacations, illnesses, or special events.
- Ensuring excellence across multiple supervised roles.
- Fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
