About The Position

The Training Manager oversees the training and professional development of all evolvedMD team members. The Training Manager will work closely with all new employees to train the skills they will need to perform their duties, and with existing employees to hone, improve and develop their skills to provide the best patient care possible.

Requirements

  • Compassionate about the delivery of “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing”
  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, training delivery, or instructional roles
  • 2+ years facilitating instructor-led training (ILT), both in-person and virtual
  • Experience managing end-to-end training delivery (planning, scheduling, facilitation, evaluation)
  • Familiarity working with adult learners in a corporate or professional environment, especially with clinical backgrounds
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, HR, Communications, or related field (or commensurate work experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and concepts.
  • Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, behavioral health, financial services, or insurance.
  • Master’s degree in behavioral health field and accreditation a plus.
  • Experience working in mental health integrated care

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for varying employment positions within the organization
  • Deliver training in dynamic and memorable ways, including all methods of learning
  • Manage training schedules and guest trainers
  • Conduct evaluations of trainings and implement improvements when needed
  • Support the development of continuing education curriculum for clinicians

Benefits

  • First year compensation $90,000 to $100,000 annually (DOE)
