At OneDigital, we are on a mission to help people do their best work and live their best lives. We are looking for a Training Manager – Medicare to lead the OneDigital Advanced Health Training team. This role involves creating and facilitating onboarding training programs for new hires in sales-focused roles, managing company training schedules and curriculum, and partnering with sales managers to identify and bridge knowledge/skill gaps. The role also requires collaboration with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance, utilization of various training methodologies, maintenance of training materials, monitoring of training effectiveness, and continuous enhancement of training programs. The Training Manager will also manage a team of assigned training staff and report on training effectiveness to senior leadership.
