About The Position

The Training Facilitator will support the onboarding, training, and development of production employees within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring new hires are properly trained on safety procedures, quality standards, manufacturing processes, and equipment operation before working independently on the production floor. The Training Facilitator will deliver both classroom and hands-on training while coaching employees to become productive, safe, and successful team members.

Requirements

Experience in training and coaching within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
Safety training and compliance knowledge.
Ability to conduct classroom-style training sessions.
Proficiency in delivering hands-on practical training.
Strong classroom facilitation and communication skills.
4-7 years of experience in training employees.

Nice To Haves

Experience in facilitating workshops and group learning sessions.
Ability to teach employees with varying experience levels.
Confidence in presenting to groups.
Manufacturing or production experience.
