About The Position

This position is responsible for implementing policies and practices by direct care staff, undertaking administrative and program management tasks, evaluating individual and organizational development needs, and designing and delivering e-learning courses, workshops, and other training. The role also involves assessing the success of developmental plans and assisting direct care staff in maximizing learning opportunities. Additionally, the Training Director/LD Manager will assist in the evaluation and hiring of direct care staff and oversee their training.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Psychology or a directly related field
• Five (5) years of professional experience related to the described duties
• Proven experience as an L & D Manager, Training Manager or similar
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent Communication and Negotiations skills
• Sharp business acumen
