As a Training Development Lead, you will support the development and implementation of the Basic Flight Training (BFT) program for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF). This role contributes to the design, review, validation, and integration of aviation training systems, courseware, training devices, and training centre infrastructure. You will work for and report to the FAcT (Future Air Crew Training) Program’s Transition-In Manager, while also performing work for the Integration Solution team. Your tasks will have you working closely with the Contractor Qualified Flight Instructors (CQFIs), Courseware Development team, Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs), and RCAF representatives to ultimately help ensure training solutions align with program requirements and operational objectives. This position may be performed remotely within Canada for candidates located near major aviation hubs or CAE locations. Travel may be required to locations such as Ottawa, Montreal, Moose Jaw, and other program sites as needed.
