(PPO #119694) Command Security Services (CSS) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Training & Development Coordinator to support and enhance our company-wide training, safety, and compliance programs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about training, learning & development, and professional growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring our employees meet all California BSIS and Private Patrol Operator (PPO) compliance standards, client-specific requirements, and industry best practices. You will help design, deliver, track, and continuously improve training and safety programs across the organization. This position offers room to grow, experiment, and develop your skills in instructional design, project management, compliance, reporting, and operational strategy.
