As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing coaching, training and mentoring to your workflow teams, as well as provide domain expertise on client specified processes and products. You will be a subject matter expert that designs, develops, and delivers training programs within the GOC Sales & Marketing vertical. The trainer plays a crucial role in educating GOCers, overseeing internal training operations and promoting a team-orientated, improvement focused environment. This role is critical in establishing and managing relationships between key internal customers, clients, and other stakeholders and own all end-to-end product knowledge management.
