About The Position

The Email Marketing Specialist will support lifecycle marketing and CRM execution across Victorinox and Epicurean. This role will coordinate email campaigns, assist with segmentation and automation tasks, and oversee the performance and maintenance of email flows for both brands. The specialist will also support B2B sales communication needs by processing campaign requests and distributing updates, letters, and operational messages to accounts. All marketing email communications, consumer and B2B, will route through this position. On occasion, the role may support copywriting needs to supplement campaign development.  This role will be onsite for the first 90 days and then become hybrid with 3 days a week in office and 2 days at home.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Hands on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar required.
  • HTML knowledge for email production, troubleshooting, and content adjustments required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with familiarity in A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project coordination abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic copywriting ability or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and management of the email marketing calendar across Victorinox and Epicurean.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, creative requests, QA, audience building, and reporting.
  • Oversee, monitor, and optimize lifecycle flows and automated journeys, including testing and performance tracking.
  • Execute CRM tasks including segmentation, personalization, and customer journey updates.
  • Provide light copywriting or copy refinement support for email campaigns when needed.
  • Track and report on email KPIs including open rates, CTR, revenue, conversions, churn, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, CX, performance marketing, and creative teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Support global expansion through localized email content and list management across North America, the EU, and future markets.
  • Process and distribute B2B communications including sales updates, campaigns, letters, and account notices.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
