We’re looking for a Training Coordinator who thrives as the first point of contact for training support while also contributing to the creation of learning solutions that truly matter. This role is a thoughtful balance: approximately 60% learning operations and administration, and 40% focused on creating, improving, and supporting impactful learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related questions and troubleshooting
  • Manage daily administration of the LMS and Salesforce, ensuring accurate, compliant training records
  • Schedule courses, track enrollment and completions, and generate reports
  • Guide learners on course access, enrollment, and progress
  • Coordinate logistics for instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions
  • Support audits and reporting with well-maintained training documentation
  • Develop, update, and enhance training content and materials
  • Conduct Training Needs Analyses to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Monitor participation and evaluate learning outcomes
  • Communicate training resources clearly to learners and managers
  • Support program communications, materials distribution, and post-training evaluation
  • Partner with leadership to improve learning processes and delivery quality
