About The Position

Training Coordinator The Opportunity: As a trainer coordi nato r, you’re passionate about delivering differentiated instruction in exciting ways. Bring your passion for delivering an array of training programs in instructional design As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide in person instruction coordination for our client. You’ll showcase your technical expertise , training coordination skills, and industry knowledge to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you’ll be armed with the resources you need to excel. Be empowered to tap into your coordination skills, creative thinking, intuition, and leadership experience to manage and enable client delivery of valuable training to the warfighter, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs. You’ll use multiple tools facilitate training and cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner e nga gement. Requirements

  • Experience in instructional design, adult learning met hodologies, and training techniques
  • Knowledge of Open-Source Intelligence ( OSINT ) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations
  • Knowledge of geospatial analytical tools such as ESRI ArcGIS to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization
  • Knowledge of incorporating real-world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Education, Instructional Design, or Intelligence Studies field, or 5+ years of experience in training and curriculum development in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with international partners, interagency collaboration, and training program assessment is desirable
  • Knowledge of OSINT met hodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, and dashboard analytics, or other mission- relevant tools
  • Possession of strong communication and cross-cultural facilitation skills, to ensure effective knowledge transfer in varying environments
