Requirements

Experience in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and training techniques
Knowledge of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations
Knowledge of geospatial analytical tools such as ESRI ArcGIS to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization
Knowledge of incorporating real-world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in an Education, Instructional Design, or Intelligence Studies field, or 5+ years of experience in training and curriculum development in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience working with international partners, interagency collaboration, and training program assessment is desirable
Knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, and dashboard analytics, or other mission-relevant tools
Possession of strong communication and cross-cultural facilitation skills, to ensure effective knowledge transfer in varying environments
