The Training Coordinator supports the development, coordination, tracking, and quality control of technical and operational training programs across the organization. This role works closely with Line of Business Directors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Corporate Continuous Improvement Training (CIT) team, and external training providers to ensure employees receive accurate, roleâspecific, and compliant training. The Training Coordinator manages LMS administration, course completion tracking, content uploads, and communication related to training requirements and progress.
