About The Position

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Key Responsibilities

Designs and delivers FCRA and federal credit reform training for FAMD staff.
Develops instructional materials, job aids, and reference guides for model operations training.
Conducts SAS model execution, Excel/VBA model operations, and R/Python supplemental analytics training.
Documents training delivery and after-action findings.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of instructional design or training delivery experience in a federal government or federal contractor environment.
Demonstrated experience developing curriculum for technical or financial management subject matter.
Familiarity with federal credit reform, FCRA, or OMB budget processes preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of instructional design or training delivery experience in a federal government or federal contractor environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing curriculum for technical or financial management subject matter.
• Instructional design training or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Finance, Public Administration, or related field required.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with federal credit reform, FCRA, or OMB budget processes preferred.
• Background in federal financial management training preferred
