Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Manufacturing Experience
Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and organizational skills
Basic computer and documentation skills
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Bilingual

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or associate degree
Previous technical training or coaching experience
Experience with Lean manufacturing or TWI programs
OSHA 10 Certification
Experience in Industrial Painting, Assembly Processes, Welding or Fabrication

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on training on the shopfloor as needed.
Validate and assess employee skills and competencies
Conduct onboarding and skills assessments for new and existing employees
Develop and maintain training material, SOP support, Work Instructions, and visual training aides
Support cross-training and employee certification initiatives
Champion and reinforce Safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA compliance standards
Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to identify training needs and performance gaps
Maintain training documentation, qualification records, and skills matrices
