We’re looking for a motivated individual to help empower our team through effective training. In this role, you’ll help design and deliver training programs focused on computer skills and job-specific responsibilities. You’ll work closely with employees to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Some travel to branch locations will be required to provide on-site training and support. Requirements

Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Prior training and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Teller/Personal Banker
Previous experience in training or instructional design
