The Training Coordinator – Global Manufacturing Learning Operations supports the administration, coordination, communication, and reporting activities for Vertiv’s Global Manufacturing and Operations learning programs. This role serves as a key operational support resource for manufacturing training initiatives, safety training administration, and Vertiv Operating System (VOS) learning coordination across global plant operations. This position is responsible for managing learning system activities, coordinating training logistics, maintaining accurate training data and reporting, supporting communications, and helping ensure operational learning programs are delivered efficiently and consistently across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple administrative and coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced global environment.
