About The Position

Training Coordinator Co-Op - Fall 2026 Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. The Role: Our site in Bedford, MA is seeking a Training Coordinator Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. In this role, you will assist the Training Manager and Training Specialists with various administrative tasks on a daily basis. Additionally, special projects may be assigned as required. These projects could involve marketing initiatives for training events, enhancements to the Learning Management System (LMS), and data analysis concerning the effectiveness of training programs.

Requirements

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
  • Able to multitask
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with Teams and other virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible and adaptable (Role may require flexible scheduling)
  • Ability to travel between Billerica and Bedford sites
  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in June, working through December
  • Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Responsibilities

  • Schedule training sessions and monitor shared inbox
  • Generate notifications of upcoming training including sending pre-course information to participants
  • Ensure the training venue is booked and prepped for the training session
  • Assist with the development of training support materials and ensure all content is up to date
  • Record training attendance and maintain employee training records
  • Produce training reports in Excel and Learning Management System
  • Maintain department key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide administrative assistance to training manager and trainers
  • Support training goals across different sites and teams working cross functionally
