About The Position
ReNuke Services is seeking a Training Consultant V for our client's site in Little Rock, AK. This role is responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to improve employee performance and organizational capability. The Training Consultant V partners with stakeholders to develop tailored training solutions aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-7 years of experience in instructional design
- 4-7 years of experience in facilitation
- 4-7 years of experience in data analysis
- 4-7 years of experience in stakeholder engagement
