The Training Compliance Specialist will provide essential support to the Training Compliance Supervisor by managing administrative tasks, coordinating training schedules, tracking compliance, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position requires in-person responsibilities and the selected candidate must be available to travel at least twice per month to deliver New Employee Orientation (NEO) onboarding presentations. Travel may be required to San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Bulverde, based on organizational needs. This role is not fully remote and requires a balance of administrative work and in-person training support.
