About The Position

The Boeing Company’s Manufacturing & Safety, Hourly Workforce Planning & Development Team is currently seeking Training Compliance Analyst to join our team in Renton, WA. The team is open to both Mid-Level or Senior level applicants for this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • 1+ years of experience with Project Management
  • Capable to work any shift based on the needs of the operation (this role is primarily for first shift, but may occasionally require you to support other shifts based on the needs of the operation)
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist
  • Experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit team

Responsibilities

  • Serves as SME (Subject Matter Expert) to all matters pertaining to training and production compliance
  • Initiates, coordinates, and ensures on time delivery of training compliance audits, results, and corrective action plan
  • Ensures training policies, processes, and procedures are properly being followed by all BCA training components
  • Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems
  • Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation
  • Conducts research, compiles and analyzes training reports continuously improve training capability
  • Performs internal scheduled and unscheduled training audits across all BCA training sites
  • Conducts training level audits to determine compliance on both manufacturing and training processes and procedures and reports results to management
  • Adjusts work hours on occasion to support scheduled shift requirements
  • Works under general and/or minimal direction
  • Understands regulations and standards, ensure delivery of courseware complies with commercial, government, regulatory and organizational standards and specifications
