About The Position

We’re seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people and providing a positive client experience. This remote opportunity combines customer support, appointment coordination, and benefit education, giving you the opportunity to assist individuals and families who have already expressed interest in receiving information. There is no cold calling and no door-to-door prospecting. Your focus is on communicating with members, answering questions, and helping them understand the options available to them. For more than 60 years, our organization has worked with unions and professional associations throughout North America, providing benefit programs to millions of working families. Our approach is centered around service, education, and long-term relationships. We also place a strong emphasis on developing our team through structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional advancement.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional approach to client service
• Reliable organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, client support, or sales experience is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have requested information and schedule virtual appointments
• Conduct phone and video-based client conversations
• Learn about each member’s needs and explain available benefit options
• Answer questions and provide clear guidance throughout the process
• Assist clients with digital forms and necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Follow up with members to provide continued assistance
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide a consistent client experience
