This is an entry-level role with room to grow, perfect for someone w ith administrative or customer service experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to support both in-person and virtual training events that make an impact.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of office, admin, or customer service experience (event support a plus)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, flexible, nimble problem-solver, and reliable team player

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for training events
  • Support virtual workshops on Zoom and other platforms
  • Help prepare materials and track participant information
  • Enter and update data in our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Provide general administrative support to the Training & Consulting team
