About The Position

This role involves transmitting information, preparing and reviewing written documents for accuracy, and exchanging information electronically. It requires entering and retrieving data from computer databases, operating standard office equipment, and adhering to company policies. The position also emphasizes maintaining a professional appearance, protecting company assets, and providing excellent guest service, including assisting individuals with disabilities. Key responsibilities include developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and identifying opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Ability to transmit information or documents using a computer.
  • Ability to prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to exchange information with other employees using electronic devices (e.g., pagers and two-way radios, email).
  • Ability to enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment other than computers.
  • Knowledge of all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain uniform and personal appearance that is clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Ability to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
