Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for customer training programs and events (in-person and virtual)
  • Manage event timelines, agendas, room setups, AV needs, materials, and on-site execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors
  • Support multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Deliver high-touch customer experiences, including dinner reservations and hospitality arrangements for executive-level and high-end customers
  • Ensure a polished, professional, and welcoming experience before, during, and after training events
  • Proactively anticipate customer needs and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience
  • Manage online registration platforms, attendee lists, confirmations, and communications
  • Track attendance, special requests, dietary needs, and follow-up requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to events and training programs
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics as needed for trainers or special events
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with continuous improvement of event processes, tools, and customer touchpoints
