As a Customer Experience Training and Content Specialist you are responsible for YETI’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) content experience, providing internal and external teams with the information they need to be successful. At YETI we are focused on providing consistent, reliable, and clear information to our valued customers. We are seeking a proficient Training & Content Specialist with strong writing acumen. You will work closely with team members across multiple departments to create and maintain engaging and informative content that anticipates customers’ needs and provides straightforward solutions that are easy to follow and understand. You will ensure the integrity of the YETI brand is consistent and seamless through all customer-faced contact methods.
